    Gavin Reed is a lonely man struggling to heal the wounds of a long-time abusive relationship. When he"s not patrolling the streets as an officer of the law, he"s at home playing video games or drinking his life away at bars. He soon decides to purchase Cyberlife"s newest invention, the OS1, the world"s first artificially intelligent operating system, in hopes that it"ll help repair his chaotic and disorganized life. Gavin quickly finds himself drawn to the AI, Nines, and soon the two find themselves exploring thoughts and feelings never thought to be possible.

    But they are ultimately faced with a hard question to answer: are humans and operating systems compatible with one another?
