“How dare you be such a disrespectful host, Shinazugawa? You’re rude, impetuous, and impulsive. As a hashira, it should be your duty to lead by example.”
Giyuu’s features are impassive, as unreadable as usual. His voice is still rather hoarse, but the low gravel in his whispers, ragged at the edges, only makes him sound more textured, threatening, and intoxicating to Sanemi’s ears - and to the heat that cannot help but pool between his legs.
“At least I-I… served you tea…” he stutters in reply as Giyuu’s weight crushes his ribcage.
“So what? Do you expect me to call you a good boy for that? Do you really think you deserve that after all you’ve done?”
Sanemi has grown wary of fighting water’s force every step of the way, now for once he can go with the flow, float with the current, dance with the impetuous river.
