Summary
Gillion and Jay had a habit of studying Chip’s behaviors. With Chip, it seemed that there was always more to it. It wasn’t until recently that the other co-captains suspicions were confirmed.
Chip was a hybrid. A fox one, to be more specific.

Summary
Chip knew how dense Gillion could be, and it seemed Caspian didn’t know the half of it. And so they made a bet, because what else do you expect two bored and drunk pirates to do? They would both flirt with Gillion in their own special ways, and whoever could manage to get Gillion to realize their feelings, through flirting alone, would win.

Summary
Shilo’s eyes glazed over as the reality settled on him, and suddenly all he could hear was the sound of the human’s heartbeat, the sound of his muffled panicked breathing. The sounds of prey surrounded him as he became nothing but instinct. His ears rang and it made his body fill with static. His vision blurred, and all he could see, all he could smell, was his prey.

Summary
Being undead was very different from being alive.
To most people, this would be obvious. But to a certain co-captain of the Riptide Pirates, it was not.======
or, 3 moments where chip was affected by his undeath, and 1 moment where gillion helped him realize it would all be okay <3

Summary
"Caspian knew of Gillion's knack for hiding his pain. He didn’t know the full extent of it, but he knew enough to know what the Elders did to him. Despite how against lying Gillion was, he never seemed to count it when he lied about his pain. Caspian had heard from Chip the many stories of Gillion failing to tell his co-captains about some rather important injuries. Gillion always seemed to make himself appear stronger, more resilient, than he actually was. Always putting on the bravest face in the largest of dangers."

aka, Gillion is a little self-sacrificing dumbass (affectionate), and his partners scold him for it (lovingly)
