"And you still went after them... alone!??""It's not like I was looking for trouble." Merlin scowled at the prince's near hysterical tone. "Trouble was looking for one certain dollophead royal pratness, and I was just there to intercept them. Besides," the warlock grinned, sweet and somewhat menacing at the same time, "you should see the other guys."
Arthur ran a hand over his hair, relief and exasperation mixing together into a budding headache. "Merlin, what have I told you about not doing these stuff alone anymore?"
In which Arthur is dealing with worries over Merlin's daredevil tendencies.

He was Phantom. He had ordered and paid for coffee as his ghostly superhero alter-ego. No wonder people were staring.

But his powers are growing and whenever he’s in his human form, he’s so lethargic he can barely function. Add to that a brewing fight he doesn’t know if he can win, recovery from what happened in the Guys in White’s facility, and his loved one’s never ending worry, he’s ready to crumble under the pressure.
And maybe crumbling is the kindest thing he can do.
