"Oh, Umemiya, is this the son you're talking about? He's so cute!" The ravenette man's eyes lit up as he beamed. Haruka thought he looked handsome, but not as much as his papa does. Beside the man, Umemiya propped himself up against the wall with one hand, a shopping bag filled with cans dangling from his arm. He used the other to take off his black leather shoes.
"Indeed. His name is Haruka. Haruka, this is Endo, a friend from work." Endo knelt in front of him and ruffled his hair. Haruka winced, but he didn't make any efforts to avoid it since Umemiya said they were friends.
"N-nice to meet you, u-uncle Endo…" the boy muttered. Endo chuckled and ruffled his hair harder.
Umemiya found him first — his precious little Haruka that he took in as his son. A thief he wrongly invited to their home tried to steal him away but if sharing Haruka meant being with him forever, then he didn't mind.
