Summary
“I don’t dance.” Hyunjae blurts out immediately as soon as he sees Juyeon’s hand reaching out. A wave of anxiety fills him because he’s never stepped foot on a dance floor and he would like for it to stay that way.
“You can’t or you don’t want to?” Juyeon smiles in a way that lessens Hyunjae’s nerves and makes his stupid heart do leaps.
“I uh— I definitely cannot dance, I mean I can barely walk on my two legs.” He chuckles to himself and between the two of them, Juyeon would know how much of a klutz he is.
God, he's embarrassing himself.
Juyeon laughs in return, all baritone and endearing, a warmth that Hyunjae has grown to learn. “You have me to catch you.”
Or, Hyunjae’s a bit clumsy on his feet, always tripping and possibly falling for the one that catches him.

He is, unfortunately, reminded of it the very next day, when the door slams open and Al-Haitham stalks in. “Mind telling me why everyone was congratulating me today?” he demands. “About your pregnancy?"
Or: Al-Haitham is, without a doubt, the most annoying person Kaveh knows. Maybe the world’s second-most annoying person can help Kaveh figure him out.
