Summary
The city of Fontaine, one of the big centers of the current world, had been able to find peace thanks to the two big criminal factions that acted under the table. The oldest and said strongest of them was The Blue Dragon. Their leader was only known by his last name, Neuvillette. The second was, was called Cerberus domain. Their leader, Wriothesley.
Both of them balanced the crime rates, and the regular population lived their lives just fine.
So everyone found it extremely odd when a bomb exploded right in the middle of the city during rush hour, killing plenty of innocent civilians that were walking by. And even worse, there were plenty of signals that pointed to Cerberus, but a Blue Dragon letter was also left near the crime scene, making it an impasse.That was how Wriothesley and Neuvillette had to meet each other yet again, and how they fell into a well armed trap.

Neuvillette never understood human reasoning for kissing. Ever since he was brought to court by Furina he watched countless humans touching their lips in different places. In hands as courtesy. In the cheeks as friendship or family. In the lips for lovers, even going as far as touching their tongues as well.
For him, it seemed only anti hygienical and strange, particularly the mouth to mouth kind. It seemed very unappealing, and it wasn't as if he'd ever have any kinds of personal relationships with humans anyway, so he never bothered with understanding or even attempting it himself.
