“What if it was always intended for you, Agatha?”
The way her name brushed from Rio’s lips, a mix between a worship and a promise. The way she rolled the vocals in her tongue, punctuating each one. It should’ve not had the effect it did. Agatha thought about closing that distance, about slamming the woman away and close to her, both at the same time. It scared her the effect of this confidence had on her.
Agatha turned around and left the room, the vibrator box still in her hand.

Agatha twirls her finger in her coffee cup, then puts it in her mouth and sucks off the extra drops. Just to be extra annoying. “I just need to lay low for a bit, all right? Just… hide out. Let the whole thing blow over, you know.” Her eyes darken. “And you know there’s nowhere better than here to hide away from humanity.”
Yeah, that’s true. And Rio – Rio is jealous and sentimental and generally a melty puddle whenever Agatha asks her to do anything. She already made her breakfast. That’s basically like a binding contract.
“You can stay here,” she says softly, and her whole body lights up like Agatha’s face when she grins.
