Yeah, Katsuki thinks with a bitter huff of laughter. Always expecting me at your beck and call. He’s halfway through typing a half-hearted reply when he remembers the night before. Izuku turning and never looking back at him. Passing on their shared dream like it was nothing. Like Katsuki was nothing.
He clears the message he was typing and locks his phone, swinging his legs out of bed. He’ll take a page out of Izuku’s book.
Walk away without looking back.
