Bill Cipher is Mabel's eccentric coworker, and no, they're not going out, thank you very much, because Bill is gay. He's also very fond of cheesy pick-up lines, not that any of them find out until he anonymously sends a bunch of them to Dipper in an attempt to win over the antisocial brunet's heart.
Or: Dipper receives a lot of cheesy pick-up line texts from a number he doesn't recognize, and worries that the sender is a possible stalker/axe murderer/serial killer/psychopath. It's not; it's just Bill. Not that Dipper knows that, of course.

It’s a salmon-colored flashcard, the type that’s sold in 500-packs with multiple colors. Bakugou stoops to retrieve it, frowning at the message he finds written on it.
Hey neighbor, welcome to the house! I heard you knocking things around, yesterday, and I think you maybe punched a wall? Anyway, the landlady gets pissy if you put holes in the wall, but I have a punching bag! You can come over and use it, or I can move it into the hall, if you want!
There’s only one other bedroom on the fourth floor. Now, Bakugou crosses the hall to the bedroom on the right side, slamming the post-it note against the door.
Fuck off and die, it reads.
Bakugou Katsuki is not going to jeopardize his future a second time, and that means staying away from anyone who gets too close. Kirishima Eijirou has never learned how not to be close to someone. Of course, they end up as next-door neighbors.

Once upon a time, before Jazz was born, the Rust Sea covered a swathe of Cybertron bigger than the territory of any city-state except Iacon. The sea had been more powerful than any engine besides the one at the heart of the planet itself, big enough to swallow a metrotitan in its depths, the birthplace of storms.
Thing is, none of that was Jazz. He doesn’t remember those days, before he was himself, except in his dreams.
And his dreams are terrifying.
