I sigh and feel myself get more depressed. That place no longer feels like home.
"Did it ever?" I mumble and puff out a breath of air, watching the steam curl in the late autumn air.
It was strange after coming back to Konoha to find that I had no feelings of attachment. Everything I felt before about wanting to build a home and protect the village was mostly gone. The only reason I feel like I stay now is for Tsunade. The woman who has basically taken me in as her child.
My thoughts drift back to Sasuke. The feel of his arm over me, his breath on the nape of my neck as he whispered in my ear. I shudder and feel a heat pool in my stomach.Will Naruto go to Sasuke? Or will the weight of responsibility keep him in Konoha.
