In brief moments of weakness he considers giving in to the unbearable pull and getting on the first flight back to New York, finding her, never leaving her side again – but she doesn’t want him, she’s made that very fucking clear.
It doesn’t matter that they belong together if she doesn’t even want him.

Summary
The phone quieted in his hand and Roman pocketed it automatically before looking down at himself in confusion, growing uneasy at the realization of where he was and what he was doing. He was not at home in bed as he last remembered being, naked and clutching a pillow to his head. No, instead he was in the back seat of his car, impeccably groomed and stylish in a dark suit and white shirt, dressed for Connor and Willa's wedding. Gulping, Roman sat upright, checking out the window to see the same stretch of highway he'd traveled yesterday and the same partly cloudy skies overhead that threatened rain. He reached for his phone frantically to find the date: the exact same date as yesterday, the day of Connor's wedding and his father's death. What the fuck was happening?
Roman lives out the day of his father's passing over and over and over again. (A time loop story inspired by Russian Doll season one.)
