Ok, if they were being honest… Mikey had zoned out when the foot was explaining what they were looking for. But come on! They were on fire! These waiter outfits were kind of a drag. It pulled uncomfortably over his shell and was itchy, but the upside was that they got to see more of the hidden city!
So there they were, Raph, April, who had volunteered to go after she heard what was happening, and himself. He was currently bussing tables and listening in for information on where the host’s office was, distractedly he was snooping on a poker game while in the middle of refilling a wine glass, when he felt a shiver run through is body. His head snapped up and his hands shook, the bottle tipped forward to hard and spilled the crimson liquid.
The eyes were back
Or Mikey and Raph didn't know there were two others, they didn't know they had brothers. But they did now, it was hard to miss the glowing turtles that dropped from the celling, kicked their butts, and thwarted their mission.

For as long as Gwyn could remember she’d had a purple bird on the inside of her wrist. As she grew older, she came to learn that it was a phoenix, one from a distant civilization. Although she never knew why it was purple. In the few myths that she had managed to find, the phoenix was a bird of fire, it would be killed only to revive itself in a blaze of glory. Reborn from the ashes. The mythic creature burned, hot and fierce, and although it was a odd color, the bird on her arm certainly did too. The intricate design of fire looked almost real as it wound up to where the tips of the flame licked at her forearm.

Dal had no idea where he had gotten the tattoo. Honestly, he didn’t! Nandi told him he’d had it since she’d found him. He’d be lying if he said he didn’t like it, the fiery bird that was a pretty shade of blue and cream looked pretty epic if you asked him. Sure, it was confusing why he had it, and when he tried to ask his caretaker, she brushed him off and told him to make himself useful.

Exiting silently from the other side they removed the cloaking brooches and felt their muscles stretch pleasantly as they grew back into the weapons they were made to be. Claws and fangs glistened, while polished scales gleamed like diamond in the light, hard, unbreakable.
With a growl they stalked towards the door of the office where they could easily hear the intruders. Sparks traveled up their arms, purple and blue respectively, their eyes were like lights in the relative darkness of this part of the hotel. Their weapons seemed to hum with anticipation and eagerness'
Leo and Donnie always knew there were two others, they just didn't think they would have to fight them for breaking into their moms office.

Summary
Kaminari Denki never in his life would’ve guessed that he would be a high school student enrolled at UA, and in the hero course nonetheless. Life was not kind to Kaminari. Being abducted at a young age wasn’t his fault. Being recruited to become an assassin wasn’t his fault. Enduring years of tireless bouts of training wasn’t his fault. Killing hundreds upon hundreds of victims wasn’t his fault.
At least that’s what he tells himself at night.
Kaminari is determined to bury his past and leave it far behind him. But when you’re in a course full of hero hopefuls, secrets don’t tend to stay secrets.
Tl;dr: Kaminari Denki was part of an organization that trained children to become assassins. When he runs away, determined to start anew, he’s almost successful. But fate has other plans in store for this class idiot.
