“Really? It’s not far from the city. I would assume something exciting happens here every now and again.”
“You’re the most exciting thing to happen here in a while,” Neville said, immediately turning beet red and looking away. God, what the fuck was that? “Sorry,” he coughed, “that was unusually forward of me.”
Pansy turned toward him, her knees gently knocking into his. “I didn’t mind it.”
