“I want everything with you, Robs.” Tory suddenly found herself confessing. “I want the early mornings with us and my family, the late-night talks until we both fall asleep, us watching old movies in the drive-in, us going to your skatepark and just enjoying the day.” She had that look on her face again, the earnest one he’d seen when she’d talked about the scenarios in which they could’ve met before. “I just want you. And I don’t see myself ever not wanting you or letting you go.”
The last time Robby had heard such sweet words directed towards him, they hadn’t been all truthful and he'd gotten hurt because of them, making it almost impossible for him to believe people who said anything similar to him. But hearing Tory say those things and look so goddamn happy as she told him he was the one she wanted to do all of that with, well...
He didn’t have a single doubt she was being nothing but honest.
“I’m glad to hear that, because there’s nowhere else I’d rather be than with you.”

As Sam approached, Tory shifted into a fighting stance, but Amanda shoved her back again. She looked irritated, yes, but there was an edge of desperation to it. Like she was standing between two speeding cars, praying that there was enough time for someone to brake.
“Sam-”
“I’ll prove it.”
Instead of punching Tory, Sam grabbed her arm. Not in any attack that Tory knew of, just. Holding it.
“We’re going to Golf N’Stuff.”
And she dragged Tory out of the front door before Amanda LaRusso could say a thing.
