He"s supposed to keep them safe, yet there he is, shackled to a wall opposite to his problem child, unable to do anything but pray to whatever deity is above that they come out of this alive.

She knew what she was doing was wrong, was disgusting, but what else is she supposed to do when the urge won"t leave. Besides, it"s not like there"s much to lose, right?
The urge to drink blood, as to be expected from her quirk, is an intense, burning – no, scorching –feeling, that makes her skin crawl every second she"s alive. She"s so thirsty. But, she wants to be a hero! She can"t kill, can"t drink, can"t satisfy the burning in her throat.
She doesn"t have to, though, she has herself, doesn"t she? The smile on her face never wavered, even as tears raced around it, even as the sharp metal razor slid across the skin of her arms, even as she sucked the blood out.
And for once, the voices were silent.

"Not emotionally available at the moment as he is currently battling his romantic feelings for Kayama-san." Shota shot back down.

"As you can see, me appointing you as principal is the only logical decision available,"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Or: Nezu goes on a week long business trip and makes Aizawa the temporary principal while he"s gone, giving him all the powers the principal of UA would normally have. Aizawa, prepared to use this power to it"s full capacity, silently vows to make as many changes to UA as he can in a single week. He appoints Midoriya as his secretary for the time being and together they wreak havoc among the school, showing no mercy to any obstacle in their path (And maybe becoming father and son along the way). The rest of the staff and students are left to sit back and watch as everything they know goes up in flames.

"I’m only two minutes late!” Izuku protested. Had he missed the start of an important test? None of the national, standardized tests were supposed to happen this month and even being two minutes late to one of those wouldn’t elicit this sort of reaction. They were discussing their career interest forms today, but that was it. Nothing time-critical was supposed to be happening.
“Midoriya, you were reported missing a week ago. No one has seen you for eight days. The police have been combing the city for you.”
"I’m sorry. What?”
Midoriya Izuku went missing for a week and turned up in a back alleyway with skills he"s never even heard of and no memory of how he came by them. He resigns himself to never learning the truth of what happened to him, but he shouldn"t waste this chance should he? He could become a hero with reflexes like these.

Izuku steps towards the other teen, holding his hand out to shake, “I’m Midoriya Izuku by the way. We haven’t officially met yet, right? I don’t remember seeing you at the Entrance Exam?”
The blue-haired boy pauses, studies his hand uncertainly before shrugging. “Shirakumo Oboro,” he introduces in return, hand phasing right through Izuku’s when he goes to return the handshake. Shirakumo doesn’t seem surprised by it, but Izuku whips his hand back when the intense chill climbs up his arm.

Izuku tries to pretend eveything is okay even though his homelife is crumbling around him, there"s an insanely powerful Quirk that"s not entirely his coursing through his veins, he suddenly knows his childhood hero, All Might, and to top it all off, he seems to have befriend a pastel blue-haired ghost that has way too much insider knowledge on Izuku"s new homeroom teacher, and English teacher. He"s really just trying to survive Yuuei...

All his life, nobody truly believed in Midoriya Izuku"s dream of being a Hero. Not his mother, his childhood friend, his classmates or teachers...not even the Number One Hero believes in him. What is a Quirkless boy to do?
Show the world it"s wrong, that"s what. Finally, after years of no one believing him, there was one man who did. After All Might left Izuku on a roof with the answer of "no", one man who was not a Hero finally told the boy, "I believe you can become a Hero." Izuku wants to prove the man right.
Short version: One person, who is NOT a Hero, finally tells him yes, and Izuku decides to become a Hero through the Support Course, making friends along the way.
