As they slowly come out of the Halls, the members of the House of Finwë start rebuilding the bridges between each other, dragging those who remained in Valinor, or simply never took the short way back, along for the reconstruction.
Or: mended things are never the same as before they were broken in the first place, but that is not necessarly a bad thing.
(Alternatively: how sometimes a series of terrible events leads, in the long, long run, to something that is better and brighter then it ever was before it was broken.)

Summary
It's 8th year and Draco knows he's in for a world of hurt if he returns but he has to. He has to find a way to make it back and not just for himself but for everyone else he had dragged down with him. There's a child-werewolf epidemic and no one seems to care-- not even Potter.
Someone has to do something, unfortunately, it's him.
Harry had hoped 8th year would pass mindlessly, that a sense of normalcy would return to him but that's far from the case. Nothing is normal. He feels like he's woken up in an alternate reality and now his magic is being affected.

4. Links and ImagesEach tag will have - at a minimum - a link to the w3schools page about it (so you can learn more), a code example, and the result of the code example.
It will also introduce tag attributes, ways to further refine formatting, for a few simple - but widely applicable - cases.
