Summary
In the summer before his fifth year at Hogwarts, Harry is drawn to a room in Grimmauld Place. Like the Gryffindor he is, he enters the room without fear. The room is a library, and Harry is surprised to find that he’s eager to learn.
Then he gets the bad news: he’s been accidentally expelled from Hogwarts, and he needs to be sorted again. Everyone is confident that he’ll go straight back to Gryffindor, but with what he's been learning, Harry’s not so sure.

Andrew hums and exhales. The smoke curls around the two of them. “What’s yours?”
Nathaniel blinks. “My what?”
“Your toxic distraction.”
A wicked grin cuts across Nathaniel’s face. He doesn’t try to hide it. He wants Andrew to see. “Now or then?”
Andrew raises an eyebrow, but that is the only noticeable change in his expression. “Can’t be an addict if you’re inconsistent.”
“Not an addict. A junkie.”

Nathaniel Wesninski was dragged back. Left with a pile of debt to pay off if he wants to live, Nathaniel has no choice but to embrace the life he tried to run from, including the implications that come with it—which he soon learns are far greater than he imagined.
When something goes wrong amongst the Moriyamas, Nathaniel finds himself in Palmetto with an order to bring Kevin Day back to the Nest. Too bad he’s never been much of a rule-follower.

Summary
When Neil Josten gets arrested for a fake ID and thrown into the Juvenile Detention System, he knows that he's running on borrowed time before his father's men catch up.
His mother is dead, there's nowhere to run, there's nothing left at all but an Exy court at the Oakland County Detention Center that he has to earn the right to play on through good behavior.
And Neil's never been great at obeying rules.
