Or, five times Dustin Henderson was subjected to Eddie Munson being gross and sappy and in love with Steve Harrington, and one time Steve didn't even have to be there.

Summary
After Henry Creel failed to end the world, Hawkins has settled into the most mundane apocalypse possible-- Steve Harrington runs around delivering rations and supplies, everyone knows to avoid danger zones in case of demobat attacks, and being legally dead doesn't stop Eddie Munson from running a radio show.

Steve isn't having a gender crisis, he knows exactly what's going on but doesn't have the words. Robin and Eddie have a crisis for him. Also, literally everyone is convinced Steve and Eddie are already dating. Reader, they are not.
2) hometown blues [ongoing]
Various citizens of Hawkins return after the quarantine is lifted, and find that life has become extremely fucking weird in their absence. Gareth, Vickie and Mrs. Harrington take this with varying degrees of grace.
