"You're allowed to say no," the king murmurs then, gentle.
Oh.
"I am?" Beomgyu asks, horrified as soon as he hears how much his voice trembles.
Yeonjun’s smile falters. For the first time, he looks upset. Beomgyu tries to take a step back, and the hand on him falls away. "Of course you are," Yeonjun says. "It's a request, not an order. Do you really think so little of me, Beomgyu-ya?"
Beomgyu fidgets, the hem of his cornflower blue tunic suddenly more interesting than anything else in the king’s opulent chambers.
It's quiet.
"Perhaps," Yeonjun whispers, "it is royalty in general you distrust, then."

“Mixing pleasure with business, I see?” Yeonjun teases with a lilt in his voice as he readjusts his thin-framed glasses. “Let’s do it then, ask away.”
Or, officemates Beomgyu and Yeonjun get trapped in the company elevator after their meeting goes on overtime.

If Beomgyu had known what would be waiting for him in the future, he would’ve made sure to stay in Soobin’s arms a lot longer.
“Count them for me,” Yeonjun demanded, with another hard smack on Beomgyu’s flushed skin.
In the first concert of TXT’s ACT: PROMISE encore, Beomgyu was lovingly held in Soobin’s arms during a harmless playful skit, and Yeonjun isn’t too happy about that, not one bit.
