Summary
Zoro had been this way for as long as he could remember. Once he set sail from Shimotsuki, he never lingered long in one place. No one wanted him around — an omega who could not obey.
“Fuck off,” Zoro replied.
Luffy’s smile didn’t fade. He got close, and Zoro braced himself to ward off another compulsion attempt.
Three seconds passed, and rather than confronting a mental onslaught, Zoro was being freed.
“I’m still not going to join your crew.”
“Yeah, you will!”
Parched and exhausted, Zoro bit back, “You can’t compel me into going with you either.”
Luffy stood shamelessly inside his personal space, so close Zoro could see the genuine confusion in his glimmering brown eyes when he asked, “What are you talking about?”
Only then did Zoro realize he couldn’t pick up even a hint of a scent from the man, alpha or omega.
Takes some inspiration from the live action. Includes spoilers up to the end of Water Seven/Enies Lobby. Now complete and edited.

Summary
Marco has never really talked about his past before– not how he met Whitebeard or how he learned to use his powers. It's just not something that's ever come up, and he was fine with whatever people speculated on their own time.
Until he nearly crash landed straight into Whitebeard in front of everyone, and the man caught him in a clearly practiced and ingrained maneuver that rose some questions.

Summary
Marco had lived through five lives, each vastly different from each other, in experiences and people. But the only thing that remained out of those lives were him. They left and he stayed, only to be re-born again into a new life.
But when he got reincarnated into his sixth, the island he woke up to, the wanted posters and newspapers headlines, the pirates... they were all too familiar. Far too familiar that he cursed fate with more than just a string of colourful words. He stayed away from it all, piracy and sailing alike, but fate never did appreciate his cursing.
(Or: Marco gets reincarnated into his sixth life and meets the Whitebeard Pirates again.)

“To make them easier prey,” Jingyi says.
“Yes,” Sizhui says.
“So—” Jingyi’s voice cracks here, “this kid is Senior Wei.”
Wei Wuxian, still tangled in his own massive robes, blinks politely at them.

“Stop being so clumsy, Poor-gege,” A-Yuan huffs as he impatiently tugs at Jingyi’s hand.
Lan Jingyi relents himself to being dragged again, however not without narrowing his eyes at the little boy.
“Just because I’m not your Rich-gege doesn’t mean I’m poor,” he mumbles under his breath.
A-Yuan gives a shrug and hums noncommittally,
“If Poor-gege says so.”
