Winter was always a beautiful season.
The way snow glittered on the ground, puffs of white mist escaping warm breaths, rosy cheeks and cheerful smiles-it was hard not to enjoy it.
Unfortunately, winter in the state of Florida included more rain than snow and festive lights thrown on palm trees. It was still a little chilly, especially if you had grown used to the humidity.
Tommy had nowhere to go, nowhere to stay, and damn, it was wet out here.
