Summary
The trio's search for the horcruxes was abandoned when Griphook absconded with the Sword of Gryffindor, leaving the three – traumatised and disheartened – to return to join the rest of the Order in the war against Voldemort. Several months later a maimed, disillusioned, and broken Draco surrenders himself to the Order at the Godric's Hollow house after he earns Voldemort's displeasure, and Hermione finds herself the unwilling warder of the prisoner in the cellar.

Summary
5 years after The Battle of Hogwarts, Hermione Granger is the potions and weapons master of the Order of the Phoenix and the person responsible for the Order’s success during the war. During a night-time forage with Ron Weasley, she is kidnapped; where Ron is left for dead. Hermione is taken to the dungeons at Malfoy Manor where Draco Malfoy recently took over responsibility from his deceased father. As Hermione is taken from the dungeons, she has to make a choice - Escape or create her own rules. Draco is keen either way.

Where Hermione is kidnapped and subsequently abandoned by the Order and Draco is happy to seek revenge with her by his side!

Not only did Hermione gain confidence, but she gained a sense of style and control over her frizzy hair. No longer did she look like a bookworm with ink smudges all over her unkempt features. No. She's HOT. But underneath it all, she's still the swottiest witch in all of the Wizarding World.
As she moves through the conservative surroundings, Hermione is determined to change what a witch's place means. She'll take on the whole of the British Wizarding Society and a certain Ferret to do so.
