Summary
Beomgyu drags Taehyun to a haunted house so he doesn’t have to go by himself with his crush, Yeonjun. Taehyun, a self proclaimed scaredy cat, hates haunted houses but he can’t ignore his best friend’s pleas, so he grits his teeth and agrees to go with Beomgyu. Despite saying he would stay by Taehyun’s side, Beomgyu gets claimed as a shield by Yeonjun, another scaredy cat. Taehyun goes through the Haunted House with the others, trying to be brave, until he gets separated from them. He has an unfortunate accident, but Kai comes to his rescue.

Donghyuck lets out a dramatic gasp. "Who is that?” he asks, leaning across the table so he can get a closer look at the boy walking into the lunchroom.
Mark and Jaemin’s head snap in that direction, and this is where it gets confusing.
Donghyuck gives them a dreamy smile, “He’s beautiful.”
Mark narrows his eyes, “That’s who’s setting off my spidey senses!”
“Renjun?” Jaemin asks in shock.

“Took you long enough,” a garbled voice pointedly says. Donghyuck can’t do anything but gulp and listen to the person about to berate him on the other line.
“Listen…” Donghyuck starts in a tiny, squeaky voice when he gets cut off and, oh God, did Renjun just growl?
“You listen here, Donghyuck.” He tries not to feel intimidated, but it’s hard to do just that when Donghyuck was already shaking in his boots. “We were supposed to meet at 11:30 sharp. Where are you? Chenle and Jisung are already whining and everyone’s hungry. God… if you don’t hurry your ass right now—”
