Jaemin can put two and two together and blanches. Prom.
First off, Chenle is in the year below him, with Jisung, which in Jaemin's head, makes him ineligible for senior prom. Second of all, Jaemin can't look him in the eyes. Third of all, there's no way - what if Chenle says no? He would have to leave the country, maybe the world. If NASA needs some human volunteers to fly to Mars and never come back, he's already called dibs, no take-backs.
