There, in her backyard, sat a wolf.
Healthy and strong, the beast was all long legs and lean muscle, with a gleaming coat and sharp eyes. He was beautiful too, with his thick tawny fur that gleamed almost golden in the pale rays of moonlight. It looked so soft, she just wanted to bury her hands in it and pet him.
Combined with the familiar glowing golden eyes of a Hybrid, he made for a fierce sight. Unnatural, but all the more beautiful for it. And he was big too, bigger than any dog she'd ever seen. Bigger than Tyler in wolf form, and definitely bigger than Jules.

Yeah, I got shot, like actually shot, landed my ass in Imladris by the time of the council, hooked up with the fellowship and joined the epic quest believing I had the answers to every fucking thing, because hey! I'm the weirdo, that jumped worlds and had read/seen all the movies and books. Boy, did I had things backwards! In fact, I had jumped back!! Yeah, you read that fucking right. Turns out, as Legolas carried my half-dead ass into Lothlorien, that Haldir is my dad, like my honest to god father! And if looks could kill, man, Haldir or really any of my uncles would have murdered Legolas.
Fun times or something.
