Arthur found it beautiful- watching the fort fall into the sun, being fully engulfed into the hellfire that Galahad spoke so strongly about. His eyes burned while watching it, either from the tears threatening to overtake him again or the bright searing light. He closed them and prayed he would follow his home. He felt his last remnants of consciousness fade away, as the world continued to spin around him.
And then he woke up.

It was a cool day in Camelot, which really wasn’t saying much considering how heavy the heat waves beat down on the town on every other day. But a cool day it was- though if the Pendragons had access to the climate control of the satellite they called their home, they would know it was only five degrees lower than usual. But when usual was so hot you could fry a leg, you learned to welcome these moments, however brief.
Galahad, on a nicer day than usual, decides to read his book beside the Hanged Man, and has a rather nice conversation in the process.

OR -- I wrote a chatfic like it's 2020, except it's a TMA/Mechs crossover that really never should've left the dark crevices of my brain that it crawled out of. Featuring a vast array of homosexual hijinks, innumerable octokittens, emotional constipation to such a degree that no amount of laxatives could fix it, and a fuckload of explosions.
ALSO -- This fic contains violence. And character death. Personally, I wouldn't say that it warrants any archive warnings, as I personally wouldn't consider it graphic and, although it is character death, the characters in question are kind of immortal, so, y'know. But I'm using 'chose not to use warnings' because others might consider it graphic or MCD. Please bear this in mind, and look after yourself :]
