Summary
“S’my hand too cold?” Stu asks innocently. He is, of course, not making any effort to remove his hand from where it rests under Billy’s shirt.
Billy knows better. This is just how he’s choosing to dress up the questions he really wants to ask: is it okay that I’m touching you? Is it okay that I want to keep touching you?
“No,” Billy murmurs, so close to Stu that he can almost taste the grape soda he’d been drinking earlier. “Your hand’s fine.”

Summary
They’re supposed to be friends.
They’re not. Stu knows it. Billy knows it, but he’s so damn good at not acknowledging it that Stu almost has his doubts. Friends don’t do the shit that they do. Friends don’t shotgun in the basement. Friends don’t sleep shirtless holding each other in a twin sized bed.
Friends don’t kiss with blood in their teeth and leave bruises on each other’s hips because they don’t know how to hold on in a way that won’t leave marks.

Summary
“Hey,” Nakahara calls out sharply, voice still loud and abrasive in the deafening quiet of the night, and Akutagawa swallows stiffly as he turns halfway to face him in lieu of a proper acknowledgement. Nakahara lets go of the sign. The halo of red around him retreats like a wave at low tide. “You okay?”
Akutagawa stares at him.
And he asks it so seriously. So earnestly.
As if he isn’t just a few years older than him; as if his life is any easier than Akutagawa’s has been. As if this hasn’t hurt Nakahara in ways that it would never manage to hurt Akutagawa.

An exploration of the scars left on Akutagawa Ryuunosuke and Nakahara Chuuya by their pasts, and how they learn to heal from them together. Trusting someone enough to lean on them is never easy - but sometimes, it's more than worth it.

Summary
Akutagawa has the immense pleasure of watching absolute terror wash over the man’s face as he realizes the fatal error he’s made. He almost manages a laugh before he’s swept into unconsciousness, collapsing back into the dust like a puppet with severed strings.
If he’d have done enough research, he would’ve known just how stupid it was to hurt Akutagawa with Atsushi around.
Nothing in the world could save him from the tiger’s wrath now.
---
As Atsushi and Akutagawa return from a mission, they're followed by an ex-Guild member with two guns and a bone to pick. Things go from bad to better than expected much more quickly than Akutagawa could have anticipated.

Summary
Love is a cruel thing, Kunikuzushi decides, as the last fragile threads of his awareness bleed away into the bottom of the ocean.
But he does not regret having loved.
