Very heavy focus on Viago's presence in her life as her older brother, and Lucanis (and Spite!) finding love with her. This will not necessarily follow chronological order, and will feature several spoilers for the main story, Lucanis's personal missions, his romance, and the Crow questline. Pretty much canon compliant so far.

“Last time you were here asking for my permission, and look how it turned out. You defiled our Opera House. Defiled!” She stomped heavily to the next vase and broke it too with one sweep of the cane. “I would have expected that from Illario, but you! You have broken my heart.”
“You barely have one,” said Illario from the comfortable sofa in the family sitting room, where Caterina was doing some fierce redecorating. He was enjoying being the observing party while Lucanis, for once, was being yelled at.
“Silence, Illario!” she shrieked.
“There’s another vase there if you need to break it, Caterina,” Lucanis said, still standing in the middle of the room. “It won’t change anything.”
The Dellamorte family is special. They run with entirely different rules than most families.

Summary
Rook and Lucanis are two imperfect people navigating imperfect relationships with the concept of love. Sure, they both want each other and, yes, they both know it, but being vulnerable is hard, especially when one of them is sharing a body with a demon of spite. But all lovers must face trials and tribulations. What matters is that they learn to do it together.

Summary
An A/B/O fic with Lucanis and Rook.
Following alongside the events of the main story, but with the added complication of overwhelming biological attraction.
Rook has always refused to acknowledge her designation, and a visit to the black market after she first presented ensures she won't be bothered by pesky things like heats or mates. 99.99% effective, the seller told her. Just not effective if you meet your fated mate. Fat chance of that happening she thinks...
Lucanis has given up on love long ago. On ever finding someone he could consider mate-worthy. It's not as if he's going to find it in this prison cell anyway. But everything changes the day he is freed and he meets Rook. Savior. Hero. Beautiful and her smell...it's something both he and Spite can agree is the most alluring thing in the world.

Spite doesn’t like these people, either. Lucanis is no fun, he knows that, but the rest? The Warden wants him dead, the dwarf smiles too much, talks to sweet but smells like fear. The dragon won’t show him their wings, the mages know too much, hear too much, tell him no, no, no—
Spite does like Rook, though. Quiet voice, pretty hair, smells good too, like lilies and honey. Tries to talk to him, tells Lucanis he needs to sleep, needs to rest, needs to let him out. Never says no. Never locks her door.
(Or: Lucanis falls asleep, Spite explores, and Rook indulges him.)
