Summary
Wrecker has yet to glance away from the sight in front of him. Crosshair is resting against the mountain of pillows. His hair is sticking to his forehead, sweat is glistening on his face, and his eyes sag. Despite that, he’s never looked more beautiful in Wrecker’s eyes.
Crosshair’s chocolate eyes sparkle as he gazes down at their daughter tucked in his arms. Calla’s tiny hands grip Crosshair’s breast as she suckles. Calla was born a little over thirteen hours ago. Crosshair has yet to put her down for more than five minutes at a time. Crosshair softly sings to the baby.
The baby’s entire head is smaller than Wrecker’s palm. Wrecker cannot help the feeling creeping into him, that if he picks her up, he’ll crush her. Wrecker spent four years during the war destroying everything he touched-compounds, droids, ships, people. It’s what he was built, designed, created to do-wreck things.

Summary
Hunter doesn’t wait for the door of their ship’s makeshift holding cell to close before turning to address Crosshair.
“That’s the guy you were fucking while with the Empire?” Hunter asks, face scrunched in disbelief. He can hear Rampart make an offended noise behind him. Crosshair snorts as a small smirk graces his features.
“You know me, Hunter. I only sleep with the very best,” Crosshair retorts smugly. He shrugs nonchalantly. “Besides, I’m not sleeping with a natborn, and no reg would come within a five click radius of a defect’s cunt.”
Rampart has been taken prisoner by the batch, and Hunter is shocked to discover this is the man Crosshair has past relations with. He's a jealous man, possesive, and he wants to remind Rampart who Crosshair really wants.

Crosshair wakes up in the past shortly before meeting Mayday for the "first time". He kills Lieutenant Nolan almost immediately, rather than risk any of them dying again.
Crosshair, along with Mayday and his team, and the five other clones on Nolan's ship, run away to freedom with no plan and only what they can steal. Crosshair contacts the Bad Batch and hopes that they will eventually call him back and help his new team.
