Kiyoomi frowns, trying to figure out how to word things. “I… so you know my problem with some of the people on campus—”
“Yer fanclub?”
She sighs. “Sure. Whatever.” She leans back in her chair, struggling to measure how weird of a situation this is. “Another one tried to confess to me, and I may have implied that I’m currently dating someone to get her to leave.”
Atsumu cocks her head. “Yeah?” She grins, leaning forward to say, “What, ya need me to play yer fake girlfriend~?”
“Kind of, yeah.”
Atsumu’s eyes widen as she backs off in shock, smile somewhere between nervous and surprised. “Huh?”
This is the weird, possibly intrusive part, Kiyoomi knows. “The girl asked for a name and I panicked and…” she gestures vaguely. “You don’t— you don’t necessarily have to do anything. I just want to know if it’s okay that I used. Uhm. Yours.”
Kiyoomi tolerates a lot of things — drop-dead boring lectures, the sweat that sticks to her skin after practice, delaying her professional career for the sake of stability. She will not tolerate becoming popular.

Summary
One of the reasons Atsumu loves that MSBY’s standard week off for heats is a little longer than their synced heat is because he can keep Kiyoomi’s sweet scent all to himself. Who can blame him for indulging in his instincts a little? He loves showing Kiyoomi off, but he also loves sequestering away with him and savouring every little thing that only he gets to see.

Atsumu looks around the store – there must be someone here willing to help him out. He finds himself walking toward the washrooms, because why the fuck not. He stands outside of the men’s, waiting for someone to pass by, and pounces on the first guy he sees.
“Hey, uh, have you got a minute?”
His victim flinches, startled, brows drawing together. “What.”
“So this is super weird, but I can’t find my membership card and I really need to check out so could you maybe please let me use yours?”
Atsumu doesn't have his costco card and bribes a stranger into helping him.
