Summary
The maroon tank top leaves his sweat-sheened shoulders and biceps on show, the muscles stretching and flexing. His shorts don’t leave much to the imagination, coming up to mid-thigh displaying the strength of his quadriceps. Since it’s his day off, his hair is curling at its full capacity, voluminous and bouncing with his springy stance. TK is counting down the seconds until he can card his fingers through it.
The 'thwack' sound of Carlos’ foot hitting the punch bag snaps him out of his haze.

Summary
“The doctors said that it is normal for you to feel tired. You can sleep.”
TK seems to listen and let his eyes shut. Lashes fanning across his cheeks. He says softly, “Don’t go anywhere.”
He doesn’t say it as a command or an order or with any kind of authority. It’s barely heard. However, the effect it has on Carlos means it might as well be the word of God.
