Summary
Written after "Red Sky at Morning" aired. Clarke has gone to the City of Light. She doesn't know how long she's been there, but Lexa's there, and so are Wells, her dad, her mom, Jasper, and so many others. Nothing hurts. But something is missing. She keeps seeing someone in her dreams, a man, to the point where the line between reality and falsity become blurred. She knows him, trusts him, but she doesn't know if he is real or not until it all begins to fall apart.

Summary
“So,” he begins, running a hand through his hair. It’s a lost cause trying to work it back into some semblance of order. “What is this?”
“What do you mean?”
He doesn’t meet her eye when he says, “Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern,” too busy picking at a loose thread in his hem.
“Wanna go three times and just make it a habit?” she jokes weakly, and his head snaps back up, eyes boring into hers. She flushes under the intensity of his gaze.
“Actually,” he begins slowly, “That doesn’t sound that bad.”

Summary
"Here." He thrusts one of the cups at her and she sets the rake aside to accept it. "You owe me a drink."
Clarke's answering smile is brighter than the moonlight, brighter than every shooting star he'd seen but hadn't let himself wish on while she'd been gone.
They settle on one of the walls bordering the fire pit and tap their cups together before drinking.

"I don’t blame you for that, not anymore. I understand why you had to leave. But it still hurt, Clarke. And I guess...I think your goodbye reminds me of how I felt. Of what it was like to lose you.”
“The kiss,” she says, eyes full of sudden realization. “You think when I kiss you, it means I’m going to leave you.”
Or: Bellamy has a lot of healing to do, one try at a time.

Summary
"Going somewhere, Clarke?"
She looked up from her bag. Bellamy, of course.
A decade had passed and lines from hot summers, cold winters, and hard choices had built up on each of their faces, but his faith in her had remained. He'd watched over and supported her the entire time. The last time she'd tried to leave, after Mount Weather, he'd been the one who'd convinced her to return. Of course he’d be the one to guess what she was up to this time.
He didn’t seem surprised at all to find her ransacking her own room. But his brow was furrowed, and she knew she'd have to explain as best she could, even though the haze of this surreal night was making her tongue feel thick and slow.
"It's been ten years, Bell," she said, hands still digging through piles of clothes. "I've done enough. They don't need me anymore."
