Heimerdinger mentally facepalmed, almost panicking himself. He’d been so busy helping Viktor keep calm that he’d forgotten to bolt the doors. All these years of covering up, and yet he still somehow managed to forget the most vital part of keeping Viktor’s condition between themselves.
The wolf quickly picked up on Heimerdinger’s fear and a low, guttural growl radiated from his throat.
Oh dear..
Before Jayce could barely set foot inside the room, Viktor was already bounding towards him with snapping jaws. Heimerdinger shouted for him to stop, but to no avail.
