Summary
The Agency and Port Mafia are in an alliance at the request our their leaders, Dazai Osamu and Fukuzawa Yukichi. Nobody truly understands this decision but in respect of their leaders, they won't question it. With an alliance comes joint missions with members of each side. And for whatever reason Oda's boss agreed to the idea to partner Akutagawa with the White Reaper, Nakajima Atsushi. Oda can already feel his hair going white.

Summary
