So much of how phupa treats tian makes me think this man has a domestic kink.
Of course there's the famous moment when he lends tian his shirt because "the wives wear them all the time" only to smirk when tian loudly declares "I'm not your wife!"
But what really cinched it for me was both the doctor saying that phupa treats even him like a wife, phupa trying so hard to get tian into traditional garb, and also the way he chides tian on how he cooks, only to gladly eat he burnt omelette.]

Joke freezes mid-bite, the gears in his head chugging as he processes Zo's words, his light but thoughtful tone, as though this is something he's really considering.
"It'd be so much less annoying—"
“No,” Joke blurts out before he can stop himself.
“Huh?”
For a moment, Joke can’t say anything, busying himself with planting more kisses on Zo’s neck, but he should know by now that Zo doesn’t let things go easily.
“Joke? What do you mean no?”
Zo’s tugging at his hair now, silently urging him to look at him, which Joke does with great reluctance. Steeling himself for Zo’s inevitable judgment, he musters up the most mopey, lovesick expression he can, barely managing to not crack when Zo just looks down at him with an eyebrow raised.
“I like you with glasses,” he whines, curling his arms around Zo’s torso and hugging him close. “You’re so cute like this.”
