Moritz Stiefel groans and rolls out of bed. He hadn’t slept all night and for once, it wasn't because of his “special dreams”. There was homework he had to do, his father was angry at him, the whole weight of the world seemed to rest on his shoulders. Janet comes across a hallway that she can hear laughter in and breathes a sigh of relief at the sign of other life in the castle. She’s so relieved that she almost forgets to knock before entering the room. When she does, the nasly redhead from earlier answers the door. She’s wiped off her eyebrows and eye makeup and is wearing pajamas instead of the sparkly bustier she wore last time Janet saw her.
“What the hell are you doing here?” she squeaks.
Janet suddenly feels very vulnerable in her underwear and ridiculous for bothering the castle’s inhabitants. She must not be hiding her distress well because she doesn’t get anything out before Columbia’s face softens.
