Hell, maybe it wasn’t even a hallucination. House probably fell asleep again, and it was a dream.
Come to think of it, yeah, that’s the obvious answer. House was tired and bored and for just a minute or two he fell asleep in that uncomfortable chair at the meeting table, and his bitch of a subconscious decided to show him the very man he’s been doing everything in his power to avoid thinking about.
In other words, this is frustrating - but not concerning. There is no need whatsoever for concern.

Summary
Wilson had bought stickers.
They were the kind that had little praises on them. “Gorgeous!”, “Stunning!”, or “Beautiful!” some read, while others were more like “Good Job!”, “Great Work!”, and “Wow! Spectacular!”
The hospital had very good pediatrics, and Wilson took great care in making sure the cancer kids felt worthy of their life, even for a moment, even from a doctor who only knew them for a moment.
That’s Wilson’s logic, anyway. House just called him silly.

Summary
The change in House is noticeable the second he steps out of Mayfield. For starters, he looks different. The haircut is new, of course, but that’s not all. He looks… Serene. Content. Like he’s fully present for the first time in 15 years. Wilson’s overcome with so much pride he nearly wants to cry.
He clears his throat instead. “You look good.” He offers.
And then, to his enormous surprise, House hugs him. A hug. Wilson doesn’t remember the last time they hugged. Maybe at his last wedding? Or was it the one before that? It takes Wilson a moment to get over the shock, but after a few seconds he stiffly hugs back.

This is so horny and so beautifully written at the same time its crazy. Usually i like my hurt/comfort and my pwp in two separate boxes, but this was absolutely one of the exceptions. I love the plot progression, they get together so quick and thats such a plus since all the stuff that happens after is what makes the fic more interesting. This is just stellar characterization, and humour and everything. Def a hilson all time fav
