In a lot of peoples eyes TK had always had it easy - happy family, good friends and a charismatic personality that tended to draw people around him. Apparently that didn't apply to Ryan Jardine, Toronto's defenceman Captain, who seemed to have it out for him. All TK wanted to do was play hockey. All Ryan wanted to do was play hockey. So why couldn't they seem to find a mutual understanding.

Edward changed Bella shortly after the first night of the honeymoon, she became a vampire and doesn't want to risk herself with Charlie. The Cullens leave Forks before the pack can do anything about it. Jacob is left broken hearted as a result. The pack and La Push reservation all seem to be headed back to normal.
