What other options did he have? He lost everything. His family, his friends, his team, his fiancé, his job, his apartment, his hope, his motivation, and more importantly:
He lost himself.
Dick tilted his head back, face up to the sky. He let the sky rain down upon him; relished the feeling of the droplets hitting his skin. He lifted the gun to his head ever so slowly. No turning back now. He was in a perpetual game of life- and now he's found his way out. He can't give up when he's come this far already.
Three. Safety off.
Two. Clear your mind. You won't have to suffer for much longer.

Summary
Jonathan starts to feel unappreciated; both as a gamer and as a friend. Of course, it doesn't go unnoticed by certain people. He and Evan eventually end up making plans to meet up for the first time. Jonathan's extremely nervous, and Evan's really excited. When Jonathan finally flies to LA to spend a week with Evan, they start to discover new things about themselves that they never knew existed.

Nightwing thought his time traveling experience would be a one-time thing. Of course, it's then that fate decides to give him a time-traveling villain in all its ironic glory. It's also just his luck that Damian happens to be with him on this one particular instance.
Stuck nearly six years in the past, Damian has three missions. One: Find his idiotic brother. Two: Kick Warp's ass for sending them here. Three: Get home as soon as possible before Bruce discovers he snuck out on patrol.

"What time is it?" Nightwing asked and his voice cracked badly, showing just how scratchy his throat was.
The Flash got the hint and zoomed away. He returned a moment later with a glass of water, passing it over to Nightwing. "Nine past three in the afternoon, why?"
Nightwing frowned as he took a sip of his drink. "I mean the date?"
"November 14th."
"Year?"
The Flash shared a confused look with Black Canary. "2010."
Nightwing stared at the now half-empty glass in his hands. His mind went completely blank. "I'm in...the past?" He muttered out loud. His voice echoed around the white room and back to his ears, sounding confused and small.
