A gunman sneaks into NCIS, overpowers an extremely sick Tony, and uses him as leverage to get Gibbs to reopen an old case. All is fine until Tony runs his mouth and the gunman forces Gibbs to gag Tony.

Summary
Toni is a born chameleon; she changes persona’s as easily as another would clothes. After the idiot twins cross her line in the sand, the agent finds herself in the prime position to put director Vance between a wall and a hard spot. Attending a gala at the man’s request, she finds herself unexpectedly reunited with an old friend.
Considering troublesome news is unavoidable with her special brand of luck, Toni finds herself forced to decide which persona to take. Her loyalty is her strength as well as her weakness and this is an offer she can’t refuse.
That said, she is also a hurt human being getting shit for her loyalty. Being excluded from the party is never fun and overhearing her supposed ‘family’ excitedly discuss it is especially painful. So, she makes the only rational choice. Little ladybird will spread her wings and leave the nest.
