the world ends on wednesday, utterly unremarkable and ordinary. the end of the world begins in an empty practice room, which is not empty for any reason other than the fact that practice is over and everyone else has left for lunch. the sun is shining out, peeking through a perfect ratio of blue sky to white clouds, and it is a rather nice day, but not outstandingly nice in a way that makes it something to write home about. it is on this averagely pleasant, yet completely ordinary wednesday afternoon that luda’s world ends.

If she were sober, Sooyoung would simply say no. She would take this secret, and all the other things she’s been holding close to her chest, to the grave. But she isn’t sober, and Chaewon has always been nice to her, right? Even when she’s a little mean about it, even when Sooyoung forgets to be nice in return. She can trust her with this secret, just this one.
“I fucked Chaeyeon’s little sister.”
To her credit, Chaewon doesn’t crash them into a light post. The car comes to a hard stop at a red light before she twists in her seat to look Sooyoung in the eye. “You slept with Shin Ryujin’s girlfriend?”

Chaeryeong has taken to skirts recently.
Cute midi ones with floral designs on pastel fabric, and plaid patterns, and long, dark skirts that pool on the floor around her loafers. Most frequently now, as the weather has begun to turn from spring to summer, short pleated denim skirts, the ones that barely reach the middle of her thighs—thighs that have seen years of ballet and an overused gym membership—and leave little to the imagination of anyone around who’s watching (and they are all watching).
So yeah. Chaeryeong has taken to skirts recently and it’s driving Ryujin crazy.
