It’s no bigger than a grown man’s boot, eye sockets so small you could fit a silver dollar in the hole and have it fit just right. Someone said that the skull you’re born with never gets bigger even as the rest of your body grows up - Caleb knows it as an urban myth, he has the proof that tiny skulls come from tiny children.
