It was exhausting to keep this up. This stupid act she crafted for the sake of survival. The world of Orphans is different from people who have a home to come back to. That they needed to do what it takes to survive. Especially for her who's hated from cradle till graduation day.
She had to make choices she didn't like to get by, and it worked at the expense of reputation and respect from classmates who are NOT in the know. Just all adults, like some conspiracy. She managed to even fool high-ranking people. But she cannot fool fellow orphans who suffered. She lost Kyuubi somehow during the anomaly that happened at the VOTE and she wound up in another, much-more-modern world with its own brand of crazy. How, she didn't know and frankly don't care due to the trade-offs she's got. Oh, and she's FREE!
