In another life, in another universe, Chuuya is fortunate to experience a somewhat normal life in France with his adoptive fathers, Paul and Arthur. But something is missing. The darkness of his lost years haunts him. His desperate search for meaning leads him back to his homeland, back to Yokohama, where he seeks to understand himself and uncover the corruption that stole his humanity.
Along the way, he finds the other half of his soul, another who feels less than human, who is engaged in his own desperate search for meaning and purpose.
Together they are able to discover their own innate humanity, and turn their past trauma into a reason for living.
Together, they find hope.

Summary
Oda Sakunosuke is a broken man, a writer who has lost his muse. He is barely holding on after enduring all that life has thrown at him. The only thing keeping him going is being there for his teenage nephew, Dazai, a child prodigy and aspiring violinist. Dazai is also alone in the world, having lost his parents at a young age. Everything changes when Oda meets Tsuji, Dazai's violin teacher. Together they heal each other and find purpose again.
Lots of fluff and developing relationship elements, eventual smut, teenage SKK (no smut between SKK), family relationships, hurt/comfort elements, they heal each other from past trauma and past relationship trauma.

Summary
A series of vignettes in chronological order filling in the gaps in the story between Storm Bringer and Dark Era from the POV of Soukoku. This story follows Dazai and Chuuya as they navigate their relationship and their work with the Port Mafia post-SB, through Dazai meeting Odasaku ("The Day I Picked Up Dazai"), Odasaku's death and Dazai's betrayal of the Port Mafia...and Chuuya's reactions to it all. I was mainly inspired by the official art showing Dazai and Oda with Chuuya on the outside of the pair looking sad, and Asagiri-sensei's words in the afterword of "Storm Bringer" about leaving Chuuya's fate and reactions to the imagination of the reader. Well, this is my imagination running wild and it is my gift to you. Enjoy the pain!

Summary
Takako Ariake -- Ari -- has a dark past. Flashbacks show she was an orphan of the Ryuzu dispute and she met Fukuzawa Yukichi who took her under his wing and trained her. She spent time undercover in Russia under Ango's supervision, where she infiltrated the Rats in the House of the Dead. And now the Demon Fyodor has resurfaced, threatening to destroy everything and separate her from her newfound family.
She joined the Armed Detective Agency so she could use her special ability to save people. Ari can read "waves" which are basically interpretations of brain waves. She can see images, memories, sometimes words from a person's active thoughts. Dazai is of course immune to her skill. Chuuya, however, is a broadcaster, meaning she can get overwhelmed by his thoughts. Their respective relationships evolve and combine, and together the three of them heal each other. She ends up saving not only Dazai and Chuuya but also herself from the demons of the past.

Dazai laughed, the sound low and dangerous. “You mean I need to seduce one?”
“Exactly,” Izarath said, leaning back with a satisfied expression. “Unless, of course, you think it’s beneath you.”
Dazai’s smile turned razor-sharp, his golden eyes gleaming like embers. “Oh, Izarath,” he said smoothly, setting down his chalice. “You should know by now—nothing is beneath me.”

Summary
After Dazai’s suicide, Chuuya spirals into a destructive rampage, ultimately being captured by the government. During his captivity, he faces repeated interrogations about what he knew regarding the former Port Mafia boss and his death. Though Chuuya truly had no answers, he uncovers secrets he never expected—secrets that ignite a flicker of hope within him.
This hope drives him to do whatever it takes to resurrect the man who had once been his everything—the man he both hated and needed, the one who had been his anchor in a world full of chaos.
Or: Chuuya succeeds in bringing Dazai back from the dead, but Dazai is far from grateful. Both are left to struggle with the aftermath. Chuuya emerges from long captivity, while Dazai, resurrected against his will and his plan to protect their universe, finds himself facing an existence he never wanted. Through harsh arguments and unexpected moments of tenderness, they slowly learn to navigate their new reality, discovering what they truly mean to each other.

Summary
The first text comes in the second Chuuya steps out of his— much needed, much deserved— shower. He frowns as the generic dinging sound of his text notification rings out from the living room. Mori had assured him he’d have the weekend off after spending the last six days playing bodyguard for some Kouyou’s girls— a few of them had gotten in hot water with a politician who doesn’t like to play nice with the Mafia and, while Chuuya has no problem crossing his arms and scowling at anyone who gets too close, spending nearly a week in the brothels is enough to sour his mood. Listening to endless fucking and moaning can only be bearable for so long.
