Summary
It starts with a piece of furniture appearing spontaneously in her office. A bedframe.
Neve knew her sleeping situation was poor— a cot taken from the store rooms and a bedroll thrown on top. Not comfortable, by any means, but sufficient enough to get the job done. Davrin had once commented the cot was identical to the ones in the Weisshaupt infirmary, and that he only slept well on those when he was concussed or gravely injured. Thus, it made him the likely culprit of the bedframe (and subsequent mattress). Part of her wasn’t surprised upon learning it wasn’t him; he received the scraps of wood leftover from the project for his own hobby of carving, but he hadn’t made it, and he didn’t know who did either. The Caretaker simply delivered it to him and left without much fanfare.
Only when Neve passed off a casual question to Harding did the answer reveal itself.

Summary
Tav did not want to keep going back to her. It hurt too much to have her yet not be with her. But Shadowheart left an open offer at their reunion party, and Tav was weak.

Tav wished she wasn't so weak.
The first four chapters are story, chapter 5 are drabbles with in the universe (one-shots about Shadowheart and Tav's time together). This story is still being updated but, as each new chapter is a one-shot, the story is classed as completed.
