Summary
After Steve presents as an Omega, his parents are horrified. After going through his first heat at 15, he is immediately put on the strongest heat repressors and scent blockers money could buy. His parents insisted to everyone around that they had berthed a wonderful Alpha child, and everyone believed it- Steve was confident and outgoing, and on top of that a natural leader. However, his image soon comes apart through countless tumbles with the upside down, becoming a better person, and just not letting his parents control him anymore.

Steve growled, a low gravelly sound due to his vocal cords being completely wrecked. "Munson, if you don't go the fuck away right now things will get ugly," he says through gritted teeth.
"Ugly for who, pretty boy?" Eddie says as he steps closer, Steve pushing himself even further into the rock behind him. "Because right now all I see is an omega who needs to talk, and who am I to deny that to our lovely King Steve?" He crouches down in front of Steve, an impish smile tugging at his lips. "So, whaddaya say?"

Now with memories of freezing cold and information on how to not only fix the rot, but also fix Moon as well, he promised himself he would do whatever he could to never have to relive this awful cold all alone.
The isolation, cold, pain, and hundreds of thousands of cycles worth of thinking made him dead set on never going through that ever again. Even if that meant ripping off his umbilical before that could ever happen.In the meantime... The rest of the local group is confused. After all, the Pebbles they knew was a pretensious jerk who killed Moon then cut all communications, but the one that came back to them was a paranoid mess who seemed to space out every few minutes.
