Summary
Sunny and Basil are adults now. They"ve been together through thick and thin these last few years, but for Sunny, it seems like time has suddenly stopped. He"s starting to get stuck in circles with his thoughts like he used to. He"s starting to feel like there"s something seriously wrong with him. Like after all these years, he"s still just a burden...
Meanwhile, Basil wonders why things needed to fall apart right now, when things were finally starting to look up. He tries to convince himself that everything will be fine...but in his gut, he"s terrified of what happens next.
This is part 2 of my Suddenly, Sunny series. You don"t need to read the original to read this, but I suggest you do because it does add a layer of impact for the cruel things I"m about to put the cast through.
Against my better judgement I will be posting chapter by chapter as I write (mostly because I need to force myself to stay chronological). I aim to release a chapter every 1-2 weeks.

Summary

Summary
The stench of blood that clung to Alastor was beginning to annoy Lucifer. Not just because it gave him awful headaches, but also because blood usually meant death, especially after a few days" worth of the scent only getting stronger. So, to ensure Charlie"s happiness by unfortunately ensuring Al"s safety, Luci decides to heal the Radio Demon whether he wants it or not.

Luci heals Al and the two get stuck in a loop of favors and acts of service to "avoid being indebted to the other" and eventually begin to genuinely enjoy one another"s company.
