When Harry misses the Hogwarts train at King's Cross in his first year with no bloody idea what a platform nine and three-quarters even is, he comes across the Malfoys who had also missed the train because Draco had been unwilling to go to a school where everyone is wont to hate him, just like that boy at the robe shop.
