Summary
On the night the Last City fell to the Red Legion, Marcus Ren barely made it out alive. A year later, after the war has ended and the city is bursting with life once more, Marcus is still struggling with pain from his old injuries. Desperate for help, Marcus seeks out a Lightbearer who uses the Light in experimental ways and finds that in order to heal his injuries, he must confront memories better left buried.
